Thierry is a media expert whose global experience and multiple languages have primed him perfectly for his current position. He was recently promoted to oversee Starcom MediaVest Group's developing markets focusing especially on India, China and Russia with a mandate to significantly grow business through improved brand strategy, a deeper commitment to content and robust digital offerings. Though his new post will keep him very busy, Thierry will also maintain his role as CEO of SMG France. Since assuming the position in 2008, he landed stellar clients including Mars-Wrigley, | Castorama and France Soir, and he continues to monitor a growing portfolio of blue-chip brands including Procter & Gamble, Samsung, Honda and Blackberry. He also enhanced France's digital practices, resulting in an increase of digital revenue by 30 percent. Prior to joining SMG, Thierry applied his marketing background to a number of disciplines within the financial, publishing, and automotive arenas. He speaks seven languages and taught French while volunteering for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China. |
